DIVYA SCALE / SYSTEM ENGINEERING

Industrial Weighing Automation

Not every weighing site follows the same vehicle or material flow. Divya Scale designs custom automation around the weighing process using barriers, sensors, RFID, cameras, indicators and software interfaces selected for the actual site requirement.

01 / THE OPERATING DETAILS

What the system
brings to your site.

Plan your configuration
01

Site-specific logic

Automation is designed around the customer workflow instead of forcing every site into one fixed sequence.

02

Hardware integration

Barriers, sensors, RFID readers, cameras and signaling devices can be combined.

03

Weighing integration

The automation can use the indicator and weighbridge software as the source of stable weight and transaction state.

04

Phased upgrades

Existing manual sites can be evaluated for partial automation before moving to fully unmanned operation.

02 / SELECTION & APPLICATION

Common automation goals

  • Prevent weight capture until the vehicle is correctly positioned.
  • Open or close barriers based on transaction state.
  • Identify repeat vehicles automatically.
  • Attach camera evidence to transactions.
  • Send weighment data to remote or centralized systems.

03 / ENGINEERING NOTES

Plan the complete weighing workflow

Define the failure state

Automation should specify what happens if a sensor fails, the RFID tag is unknown, network connectivity drops or the weight is unstable.

Keep manual recovery

Industrial sites need a controlled fallback mode so operations can continue safely during service or exceptional conditions.

Integrate only verified interfaces

Indicator serial protocols, relay I/O, software APIs and camera connectivity should be tested before finalizing the control design.

04 / BUYER QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Can you automate an existing weighbridge?

Often yes, provided the existing indicator, software and site layout offer suitable interfaces. A compatibility review is required first.

Does every project need RFID?

No. RFID is one identification option; the design can use sensors, operator inputs, cameras or other interfaces depending on the workflow.

Can automation be added in phases?

Yes. Position sensing, barrier control, camera capture and RFID can be introduced in stages when the site architecture supports it.
